Shell Point Retirement Resort
Florida’s largest lifecare community provides an unequaled lifestyle to nearly 2,000 residents. The centralized chiller plant handles the facilities’ current load of 1,640,806 square feet of conditioned space from both the buildings on the 75-acre community known as “The Island” and the new Woodlands facilities. This project, one of the largest thermal energy systems in the United States, employs BACtalk, and is constantly being updated, expanded and refined.





Edison College, Lee County
ESSI started a relationship with Edison College in the early 90’s with the replacement of an older system in the Lee Campus; soon thereafter a Charlotte County Campus was built employing Alerton equipment. In the mid 90’s the college continued with replacement of an outdated system in the Collier Campus. Presently, both the Lee and Collier sites are migrating to BACnet.







Chico’s World Headquarters
Chico’s has become a Fashion phenomenon whose growth and stock have skyrocketed. Built in 1994, the headquarters for Chico’s worldwide operations was implemented with an Alerton control system. Since then the original system has been expanded twice to include 3 buildings and a total of 147,000 square feet and a device count in excess of 150 units.

Golden Gate High School
One of Collier County School District’s largest and most prestigious High Schools, the mechanical system includes a large water-cooled thermal storage central energy plant. The owner enjoys our “state of the art” BACtalk system with an Alerton iPort Web-Server, which has allowed the owner, consultant and ESSI to communicate as a collective group.

McGregor Baptist Church
Known as a thriving Mega Church, the campus of McGregor Baptist Church is a small community unto itself. To meet the needs of this vast and expanding campus, Alerton controls were installed in 1995 to provide comprehensive building automation. Since that time, additions, expansions and renovations have increased the overall control system to the entire campus consisting of two chiller plants, two multipurpose buildings, a sanctuary that seats over 3,000 worshippers weekly and a new student ministries building.

 






Quail Creek Country Club
Considered one of the premier golf clubs in Southwest Florida, Quail Creek boasts  two picture perfect golf courses and a private club ambiance unrivaled in the region. Uncompromising quality is traditional at Quail Creek, and that is why they chose ESSI for their building controls. Our company originally installed an Alerton IBEX system in 1995 and recently updated by integrating to the latest Tridium web-based solution.
