Electronic System Services Inc. is a 20 year old company based in Fort Myers, Florida with a satellite office in Boca Raton ESSI specializes in Direct Digital Control Systems for primarily schools, but also large office buildings, multistory tenant space buildings, medical centers, hospitals, colleges, institutional, large church campuses, local government buildings and libraries. Concentrating on multiple protocols machine-to-machine integration linking intelligent devices together to speak over a common platform, we boast one of the largest engineering departments and the highest volume of schoolwork for any local control contractor in the Southwest Florida area. We have extensive experience controlling equipment in buildings to maintain temperature, humidity, duct pressure, fan speeds, Carbon Dioxide and Monoxide level, water volume, air volume, and many other engineering variables. Florida Power & Light representatives suggest that ESSI may have done more TES (Thermal Energy Storage) systems than any other controls contractor in the state. Most Field built-up mechanical equipment controlled by our systems are very diverse chilled water, dual-path, variable air volume devices, with primary /secondary pumping that also encompass thermal energy ice storage systems.
