Working in the Building Automation field with Direct Digital Controls provides various levels of challenging work from Installation

  • Electrical knowledge is expanded to work with applied systems, getting exposure to electronic components, thermistors, Programmable controllers, and other instrumentation

Design/Engineer

  • Using anything from computer-Aided drafting, Viso, and other related computer-Aided design tools, to photoshop and 3 D graphic rendering programs that allow the visualization of the system in creating the Graphical User interface

Technical

  • Technicians, or field engineers are required to have a mastery of commercial HVAC, the application of the DDC products, and good theory of contrl systems and how they work in order to  able to troubleshoot and commission systems.

 Project Management

  • Project managers have one of the most challenging Job in the control field, where "Everything is always a control problem" they must run their projects effectively while having an understanding of where other trades should be and how they can affect the percieved operation of the control system
